Rich joined WhartonHill in November of 2013 after spending 20 years at Charles Schwab where he was managing multiple branches and Financial Consultants. Rich currently advises companies of all sizes on their retirement plan strategies in the areas of fiduciary responsibility, plan design features, and employee education to ensure a valued outcome for employers and their plan participants.
