Karen was a participant of the country’s first 401k Plan. Karen has extensive experience in designing and implementing effective strategies that add value as a benefit to retirement plans and plan participants.
Karen works mainly with Multi-employer retirement plans which are collectively bargained. Karen has spent a large part of her career working with multi-employer plans and understands the dynamics, needs and educational tools are unique to this segment of the retirement plan market. Karen specializes in providing one-on-one participant advice to help participants in determining their goals and objectives and how to connect “the dots” to help ensure they are investing properly.
Another key area Karen significantly contributes to is Financial Wellness. Financial wellness is the process of learning how to successfully manage both your current financial situations as well as planning for your future goals and objectives. Financial Wellness involves many aspects of our lives and money plays a critical role in our ability to live our lives in the way we want.
